Sometime ago I had a conversation with a sport psychologiest about the level of motivation and relacsation techniques. Needless to say conversation ended before i could get all the info i wanted. So here are some of the questions that I was left with and may be they are going to be inspiration for the next articule.

what other techniques than Jacobson training can be used during the match to increase relacsation? or in other words what would You recommend to get into &#039;the flow&#039; state of mind to reach performance peak? 

My biggest problem with developing other sport psychological teories into billard is lack of physicality in billiard game. Every player needs to cope with a large increase of adrenaline and other hormones. In other sports easiest way of dealing with then is to &#039;run them out&#039;. What are other ways of dealing with hormones than hyperhydration and excessive jawbone movements?
